The music was playing and next thing you know, everyone was dancing.
During our TKids THRIVE Program dance activity, residents were joined by family members and staff for an impromptu dance party. There were smiles, laughter, and plenty of moves happening across the room.
Moments like this do more than just look fun. Dancing helps with movement, coordination, and energy, but it also lifts moods and brings people together. Seeing residents laugh and dance alongside the people who care about them and their families is what makes these activities so meaningful.
Good music, great company, and a reminder that joy is part of the work too ![]()
