At Totally Kids, we’re proud to shine a light on the staff members who go above and beyond every day to support our residents, families, and one another. From March through June, we’ve had four standout team members recognized by their peers and leaders—and we’re excited to celebrate them with all of you
🌷 March – Rachel Bilicke, Transport RCP
Rachel is a key part of our Transport Team, and her impact goes far beyond her job title. She’s known for her dependability, strong communication skills, and willingness to support wherever she’s needed—especially in Case Management and Respiratory. Rachel helps coordinate behind-the-scenes logistics and keeps teams connected, all while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude. Her dedication, teamwork, and consistent support make her a vital part of the Totally Kids family. Rachel has been honored multiple times as Employee of the Month and is also a proud past recipient of the Employee of the Year award.
🌸 April – Theany Sieng, RCP
Since joining Totally Kids in 2022, Theany has become a beloved part of the night shift. Her calm demeanor, compassion, and consistency have made her a go-to teammate during late hours. When her name was announced, her coworkers were all smiles and cheers—and for good reason. Theany, your care for our residents and support for your team do not go unnoticed.
☀️ May – Kaitlynn, Nurse
Kaitlynn may be one of our newest nurses, but she’s already made a big impression. Known for her flexibility and team spirit, she often volunteers for extra shifts and keeps morale high with her encouraging attitude. Her managers describes her as hardworking and well-respected, and her coworkers agree; she’s the kind of teammate you’re lucky to have.
🌼 June – Maricella, Dietary
Maricella has been with Totally Kids for 12 years and is truly the heart of the kitchen. As lead dietary cook, she ensures daily meals and special events are prepared with consistency, care, and strict attention to sanitary standards. When staffing is low, she steps in without hesitation, always bringing a positive attitude. Her warm connection with both staff and residents makes her a familiar and trusted presence across campus. Maricella has been honored multiple times as Employee of the Month and is also a past Employee of the Year. Her reliability, strong work ethic, and high standards are essential to the success of the kitchen and the comfort of those we serve.
