Kids 4 Ever Renovation

Totally Kids Rehabilitation wants to extend a very big THANK-YOU to Kids 4 Ever! We have been so touched by all the caring people who are affiliated with Kids 4 Ever, and the incredible service they have done for us!

Kids 4 Ever, Inc. was founded in 1983 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) and is dedicated to promoting and increasing the quality of life of medically fragile children. Among other programs that it offers, Kids 4 Ever has a three bedroom home located next door to Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. The program offers affordable accommodations to families for a nominal fee of $10 per night. This easily accessible home allows families who live out of the area to spend quality time with their child who is recovering from an injury or is medically fragile while taking advantage of valuable respite.

The house was in desperate need of renovation and repair. In September of 2015, a wonderful group of men volunteered their Saturdays for 10 weeks to do a complete remodel of the Kids 4 Ever house! The Hillside Handymen, as they are known, are part of the Hillside Community Church in Rancho Cucamonga. As part of their ministry, they choose to do projects like this for those in need – for free.

All services and help given to the Kids 4 Ever house are made possible through generous donations and volunteer services. Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital supports Kids 4 Ever through donations and volunteer hours to ensure that a place like this is available for the families receiving care here.
