2017 Christmas Party

2017 Annual Christmas Party at Totally Kids.

On December 16th, we hosted our Totally Kids Annual Christmas Party for our residents and patients and their loved ones! Many of the staff brought their kids to join in the celebration. It was heartwarming to watch all the children interact with our residents on-campus. The theme for our party was Candy Land. It took place in both of our Multi-purpose Rooms.

Beautiful candy centerpieces were placed at each table throughout the party. Residents and families took photos using photo booth props and a giant 8 feet tall gingerbread house that served as a backdrop. Life-size gingerbread men were hiding in different places throughout our party area. Inside we had choir lead by AJ who dedicated the song White Christmas to Isaiah, who enjoyed singing along. We could hear their amazing voices carry throughout the halls of Totally Kids. Santa and Mrs. Claus also made an appearance at our party where they took pictures with families and residents before passing out early Christmas presents to each of our residents.

This year we did our party a little different by taking it outdoors. We were grateful the weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy bubbles and music in our flower garden. We also conducted outdoor games, supplied crafts for children of all ages, and gave out wonderful prizes for everyone who participated in these activities. Another wonderful surprise that was enjoyed by all during the party was face painting!  Elisa created magical paintings on the faces of residents and family members alike.

This year, family members and our staff worked together to get all the decorations up in time. That made it that much more special. We thank everyone who played a part in making our Annual Christmas Party a success. We could not have done it without you!
