My daughter Zoey was born at 28 weeks/4 days meaning that she was a micro preemie. She spent three months in the NICU and we were informed by her medical team at the hospital that she needed more time to learn how to nipple. They told us that the best place for Zoey was Totally Kids.  We thought about it and did our research --  asked every nurse, doctor, and therapist our daughter had in the hospital -- and they all said amazing things about Totally Kids’ feeding program so we called Totally Kids to find out more.

Once we toured the facility and asked every question we had we made the decision to transfer Zoey to Totally Kids. By far that was the best decision we could have made. Her team of doctors, therapists, and nurses were amazing. I loved that they truly cared for her and that every decision made was for her comfort as well as ours. Every single part of her process was thoroughly explained to us and all of her therapists took the time to train us and provide what we needed so that we could take Zoey home.

Now, after a month at Totally Kids, Zoey is home with us thanks to the great care she received. We are truly grateful and thankful for the facility and its amazing staff.
