One More From the Heart – 2021 Biker Run
At 10:00 a.m. on November 14th, the sound of revving motorcycles will travel across the Totally Kids parking lot as hundreds of bikers participate in the 31st annual “One More from the Heart” Bike Run. Bikers will travel from all over southern California to donate gifts to our residents. Prior donations have included money to go towards our outdoor musical instruments, a Nintendo Switch, toys, clothing, gift cards, batteries, coloring books, movies, electronics, art supplies, among many other items. Throughout the year, different motorcycle clubs fundraise for our residents. We are always overwhelmed and grateful by the generosity shown to our residents.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the bikers won’t be able to hold the meet & greet with Totally Kids staff and residents, but they will be riding by so the kids can see all the bikes roll by. This is one of the highlights of the event for everyone.
We are so thankful for all the bikers and their dedication to provide so many wonderful items for our residents. What’s more, we are thankful for the time they’ve spent over the years, getting to know the residents and staff. We’ll miss visiting with the bikers in person this year, but we want to share our thanks here. Thank you to all the bikers who come out and participate each year in the annual “One More from the Heart” Bike Run. We greatly appreciate everything you all do for the residents here at Totally Kids.
