CEO Honored at Above and Beyond Gala
On Saturday, members of Totally Kids staff were excited to celebrate our CEO and partner-owner, Doug Padgett, at the 9th Annual “Above and Beyond” Awards Gala in Costa Mesa. Every year the Angel Light Academy honors those who give to their communities through their example of service, leadership and charitable works. The honorees of the “Above and Beyond” Awards Gala reflect the Angel Light Academy’s mission of enhancing the health, happiness, and well-being of individuals through the practice and demonstration of unconditional love. Including Mr. Padgett, there were twelve honorees who demonstrate service, leadership, and education in their personal and professional lives.
As CEO, Mr. Padgett is at the center of Totally Kids, and as a result, has accomplished outcomes never seen or expected in a sub-acute pediatric hospital. He continually goes above and beyond to ensure the best care is being provided to a vulnerable population. Under his leadership, Totally Kids has enlarged its service program to include acute inpatient and outpatient physical rehabilitation. He tenaciously supports education, safety, and research that has enabled Totally Kids to grow to a level of service uncommon in skilled nursing facilities.
We are tremendously proud of Mr. Padgett, his accomplishments, and most importantly his dedication to serving our Totally Kids family.
